You are invited to the 42nd Annual Scholarship & Recognition Awards presented by the United Achievers' Club on Saturday, August 29 from 6:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m. at Maple Banquet Hall and Corporate Event Centre, 1325 Eglinton Avenue East, Mississauga (905.206.9333). Through the generosity of sponsors and the fundraising initiatives of the Club, students will be recognized with scholarships. These students are recent Grade 12 graduates and residents of Peel Region.
The Keynote Speaker is Nailah Gordon-Decicieo, Lawyer and Past Scholarship Recipient. The Emcee is Emily Mills and the DJ for the After Party [10:00 p.m-12:00 p.m.] is DJ MR. AL.
A Community Award Recipient will be recognized.

During the height of Toronto's sound system culture, DJ Mr Al helped deliver the soundtrack to countless blockos, community events, dances, parties, and Caribana celebrations, earning a reputation for powerful sound, smooth mixing, and an unmatched ability to move a crowd.
Over the decades, DJ Mr Al has continued to evolve, becoming one of the GTA's most versatile DJs, event hosts, and promoters. His extensive musical knowledge allows him to seamlessly blend Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, R&B, Hip Hop, Old School Classics, Disco, Funk, House, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms into unforgettable experiences for audiences of all ages.
